Rules & Regulations
Pets: Well mannered pets are welcome in the park. All pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times, and may not be left unattended at campsites. Pet owners must clean up after all animals.
Heated Swimming Pool: No lifeguard is available. Insurance regulations require that all children under 14 years of age be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times inside the pool gate. The pool is open from mid-June through early September.
Visitors: All visitors to the park must register with the office and pay the appropriate Visitor Fee before entering the campground. Visitor vehicle parking is provided at the campground entrance and day-pass visitors must depart by 9:30 p.m.
Campfires: Each site is provided with a fire ring and modest, attended fires are allowed between 2 pm - 12 midnight, unless a burning ban has been announced. Please check with the office or Nova Scotia Burnsafe each day to determine current status. The provincial fine for violating the burn restrictions is $25,000.00 to the person who has started the fire. Fires must be tended at all times and extinguished prior to retiring. Dry wood is available for sale and will be delivered to your site. No campfires are allowed from midnight to 2 pm on any day of the camping season - per Nova Scotia law.
Check-In Time: Check-in begins at 2 p.m. and ends at 7 pm.
Check-Out Time: Campsites must be vacated by 11 a.m. unless a Late Check-Out has been arranged. To extend your stay for additional nights - please re-register with the office.
Speed Limit: For the safety of all guests, please observe 10 km (5 MPH) limit throughout the campground.
Vehicle Washing/Repairing: To protect the Bay of Fundy watershed, no washing or repairing of any guest vehicle is allowed in the park
Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. until 8 a.m.
Clotheslines: Only clotheslines that are entirely attached to the tent, trailer or motorhome are permitted
Fireworks: Fireworks may not be set off within the park
Radio Controlled Devices & Drones: Use of radio-controlled devices/drones within the campground is discouraged.
